We are a group of 8th grade students who want to help kids and teens stay healthy and physically active. Through the COVID-19 pandemic us kids may lose motivation to exercise with many of our sports put on hold. We want to help everyone stay physically motivated through this crisis and beyond, and to also help everyone achieve their personal workout goals. With our workouts held via zoom, we can make that possible. We'll also incorporate nutrition and healthy eating habits as well as a lot of fun activities. Our program is great for 6th-8th graders who want to workout or get moving on the weekends. We hope to promote health and physical activity as a group while having fun.
Workouts will be held on zoom every Saturday from 5:00-5:45 PM

Our workout sessions will be held every Saturday from 5:00-5:45 PM.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
Our workouts are mainly designed for 6th-8th graders but anybody is always welcome to try. Joining us is completely free! To clarify these workouts will not be gymnastics related and will be fitness workouts. No previous experience or ability is needed to attend. You will just need a little bit of open space to workout in. Equipment is not necessary. Our workouts is great for anybody with any level of skill who wants to workout. There will be many fun activities, team building exercises, Kahoots, rewards, and more.
Our main goal from these workout sessions are to help kids and teens stay physically active, excel in PE or sports, understand nutrition, live a healthy life, and to make it an enjoyable experience.
