Our workout sessions will be held every Saturday from 5:00-5:45 PM.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
Our workouts are mainly designed for 6th-8th graders but anybody is always welcome to try. Joining us is completely free! To clarify these workouts will not be gymnastics related and will be fitness workouts. No previous experience or ability is needed to attend. You will just need a little bit of open space to workout in. Equipment is not necessary. Our workouts is great for anybody with any level of skill who wants to workout. There will be many fun activities, team building exercises, Kahoots, rewards, and more.
OUR GOAL:
Our main goal from these workout sessions are to help kids and teens stay physically active, excel in PE or sports, understand nutrition, live a healthy life, and to make it an enjoyable experience.
